We had a boss opportunity to support Collective Encounters, an arts charity specialising in theatre for social change, as part of their 21st anniversary celebrations.
A Milestone Year
2025 marks 21 years of Collective Encounters challenging inequality through creativity, providing space for people to question, express, and connect through performance and visual arts.
To celebrate, the charity hosted a series of events throughout September and October under the banner Radical Retrospectives, a programme built around the idea of looking back to look forward, and learning from the past to shape a better future.

Collaborative Approach
To deliver this project, we collaborated with Proudly Said, whose creative communications expertise helped bring the campaign to life across social media and digital channels.
Over the two months, we managed Collective Encounters’ online platforms and produced content across their programme: from open space discussions and exhibition get ins to launches and creative workshops.
We regularly collaborate with others to make sure the client gets the best result possible, and Collective Encounters sure a major surge in their social engagement from this joint up approach.

The Results
The campaign reached tens of thousands of people, generating strong engagement across all channels.
Facebook and Instagram saw a huge increase in reach, views, and interactions with over 100,000 combined video views and more than 1,100 engagements during the campaign period.
This success truly shows how the Radical Retrospectives story resonated widely, expanding Collective Encounters’ visibility and connecting new audiences with their work.
