Liverpool Queer Collective

We are delighted to have worked with the wonderful Liverpool Queer Collective. We helped them create a new fresh identity that reflects their objectives. Their mission is to enrich Liverpool’s LGBTQ+ community, bringing it together through events and online channels, as well as identifying safe spaces in the city. Research as Art 2018

Congratulations to our talented Nonconform designer Charlie who has won a 2018 Research as Art award from Swansea University for “Iris” a large scale public art piece that she created in partnership with Engage Liverpool. Iris was installed in the Baltic area as part of VENT festival, which used art to explore and communicate issues around air quality. Read more → “Research as Art 2018”

MCS – Upcoming event

Tickets for the Merseyside Civic Society’s next event are now on sale for a £2 donation or free to members of MCS. The event will take place at Liverpool Cathedral on 16th May at 6pm, and will see Ellen Loudon and Professor Erik Bichard ask the question How Do We Build More Social Value into the Liverpool City Region? LAAF 2018 – Emel Mathlouthi

Liverpool Arab Arts Festival’s (LAAF) enhanced musical programme will enjoy a spectacular opening weekend with a performance from internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and the “voice of the Tunisian revolution”, Emel Mathlouthi on Saturday 7 July at the Invisible Wind Factory. Emel’s genre-defying music melds electronica and Tunisian textures into her unique cinematic universe, blending acoustic and electronic sounds into a style wholly her own and drawing together Tunisian instruments such as gumbri (bass lute), zukra (flute) and bendirs (frame drums) with heavy kick drums and atmospheric melodies. Walton Community Garden

We went along to the opening of the Walton Community Garden. Our Creative Director Andrew is also a director of Walton Hall Park. We designed the FOWHP logo and will be carrying out other creative work in the future. The garden is a multi purpose space for growing, socialising and education, all funded by the Big Lottery grant. LAAF 2018

We are thrilled to announce that earlier this year we won the full service Marketing and PR contract for Liverpool Arab Arts Festival 2018 after successfully delivering this strategic and operational activity for the charity since 2015. This is now our fourth year working with this exciting organisation and look forward to creating and revealing this years campaign – including fresh graphics for the summer programme.
