We see sound environmental and social principles as an important part of sustaining
a successful and responsible business.

We offer our staff development opportunities, both personally and professionally. We don’t have a strict holiday policy, time off is essential and we encourage the team to take regular breaks which are negotiated with the rest of the team. We insist that our staff treat each other and anyone that comes into contact with the company with respect and dignity. We also provide company healthcare plans and pension schemes.

We have worked with the Carbon Managers in order to achieve a carbon-free office, and are also involved in a tree planting scheme in the New Caledonian Forest, Scotland.

We have also set up a ‘cycling to work’ scheme for everyone involved with the company. We dispose of all of our waste responsibly in partnership with a recycling centre based in the northwest.

When we produce print we endeavour to use an FSC accredited printer and pass their chain of custody on to the customer (from the paper merchant to final delivery). We always try and place print locally to the client reducing any need for lengthy transportation.
